When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the delivery receipt, please check the packaging of your product for any damage or irregularities. If you notice any damage, missing items, or signs that the package seal has been opened, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, ask the courier to prepare a damage report and return the package. Once you have followed this procedure, replacement products will be dispatched to you immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged or missing items in packages that have been accepted despite visible damage or suspected missing contents.
