CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
• By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales agreement provided to you.
• Buyers are subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws concerning the sale and delivery of purchased products.
• Shipping costs for product delivery shall be paid by the Buyers.
• Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the Buyer within the statutory period of 30 days. If delivery does not occur within this period, the Buyer may terminate the agreement.
• The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, together with applicable documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
• If supplying the purchased product becomes impossible, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of the situation. The total payment must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT MADE:
• If the Buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment through banking records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
PURCHASES MADE THROUGH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
• If, after delivery, it is determined that the credit card used by the Buyer was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons, and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the Seller, the Buyer must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, with shipping expenses borne by the SELLER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
• If unforeseen events of force majeure occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer shall be informed. The Buyer may request cancellation, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels an order paid for in cash, the amount shall be refunded in cash within 14 days of cancellation. For credit card payments, the product price shall be refunded to the bank within 14 days of cancellation; however, the bank may take 2–3 weeks to transfer the refund to the Buyer’s account.
THE BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
• The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery and shall not accept damaged or defective items, including dented or broken items or those with torn packaging, from the shipping company. Goods/services accepted upon delivery shall be deemed intact and undamaged. The BUYER must take proper care of them after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the goods/services must not have been used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
• The BUYER may withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the purchased product is delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the designated address, without giving any reason and without incurring legal or criminal liability, provided that the SELLER is notified using the contact details below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
• If the Buyer purchases a service, the 14-day period begins on the date the agreement is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service agreements where performance has begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires.
• Expenses arising from exercising the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days by registered mail with return receipt requested, fax, or email, and the product must remain unused in accordance with the provisions on “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” in this agreement.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
• The invoice for the product delivered to the BUYER or a third party must be provided. (If the invoice for the product to be returned is issued to a company, the product must be returned with a return invoice issued by that company. Returns of orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed without a RETURN INVOICE.)
• The return form and products to be returned must be provided complete and undamaged, together with their boxes, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
• The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount paid and return any documents that place the BUYER under an obligation within a maximum of 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and to take back the goods within 20 days.
• If the value of the goods decreases or their return becomes impossible due to fault attributable to the BUYER, the BUYER shall compensate the SELLER for losses in proportion to that fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from proper use of the goods during the withdrawal period.
• If exercising the right of withdrawal causes the order total to fall below the minimum purchase threshold of a promotional campaign offered by the SELLER, the discount received under that campaign shall be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
• Under the Regulation, returns are not permitted for goods prepared according to the BUYER’s requests or clearly personalized needs and unsuitable for return; underwear bottoms, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly or expire, products whose packaging has been opened by the BUYER after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons, products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, newspapers and magazines and other periodicals except those supplied under subscription agreements, services performed instantly electronically or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software, data recording and storage devices, and computer consumables where the packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance began with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expired.
• For cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, books, reproducible software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassette tapes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) to be eligible for return, their packaging must be unopened and the products must not have been tried, damaged, or used.
DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
• If the BUYER makes payment by credit card and falls into default, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that interest will be payable under the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and that the BUYER will be liable to the bank. The relevant bank may initiate legal proceedings and claim resulting expenses and attorney’s fees from the BUYER. If the BUYER defaults on a debt, the BUYER agrees to compensate the SELLER for losses and damages resulting from delayed payment.
